Each has a frontispiece - one is a portrait of Randall, the other a scene - both with tissue cover overlays. Each work is illustrated with reproduced scenes and maps. The cover is leather and marbled boards. The binding is in very good condition - just a touch of corner wear (now polished) . Tight and soundly structured. The end papers are marbled. There is a label in the upper left corner of the pasted down end paper indicating that the book was once sold by Goodspeed (From Great Western Publishing Agency Goodspeed & Co. There is a second label in the center of the front pasted down end paper indicating that the book was once in the collection of Rev. Jewel I. Pickett. All the pages are quite crisp and clean, but with light, occasional foxing. Well cared for. ; 8vo
