Regrettably, the soft paper has darkened some at the spine and fold lines, plus a little on the tope and bottom edges. Somehow the darkening blends a little as the main colors are blue, white, and brown for the reindeer which is the same brown as the darkened edges from light and sun exposure. The protector that has been added over the jacket hides the darkening flaw - it is a new, archival, see-through, and removable cover. There is a title page, but no copyright data, however, the book was published in 1946 according to publishing history. ; 8vo
