This is a First Edition Paperback edition published in February of 1946. The book has a tight binding and has no marks or writing. There is corner wear and overall rubbing to the covers, but the interior pages are bright and clean excpet for darkeing to the edges because the paper quaility was still poor. Supple, not brittle. Following the 215 pages of text with some mixed illustations, the last part of the book contains pages of photographs in black and white - there are 41 of them. There are maps within the text as wells as some diagrams. This book looks like a paperback book and is the size of the typical paperback with similar wear, but no chips or tears or soil. Col. Marshall as "Assisted by Captain John G. Westover and Lietenant A. Joseph Webber". ; 8vo; 215 pages
