1 INSTITUTE OF THE ITALIAN ENCYCLOPEDIA Founded by Giovanni Treccani
Rome, Italy 1988 Softcover Near Fine in Fine dust jacket
Would be fine except for a trace of pencil erasure on the front free end paper and a hint of a bump on the lower front corner. This softcover book is smartly designed with its own dust jacket in a quality mauve art paper. It is clean inside and out. The binding is tight and the appearance is crisp and new looking. This is a book about the 44 volumes of the work that records the history and culture of Italy. It provides background information on the preparation of the work, the Institution that holds it, and ongoing dialogue, conferences, language and cultural edcation programs. The book is in English and is illustrated in color. 141 pages. ; 4to
