Very good book in good clipped dust jacket. Color pictorial boards illustrated by the author are mildly soiled. Light shelf wear at top and bottom edges. Illustrated endpapers. Internally clean with b&w illustrations by Leighton throughout. Top and bottom inside edges of boards are beginning to discolor. Previous owner's name on half title page. Dust jacket illustrated to match the boards is mildly discolored and chipped. There is a 2" tear up the front edge of the spine.
