This is a hardcover book in a dust jajcket. It is the 1953 edition published after the Broadway opening. Williams added three characters, a prologue, and several scenes. It contains the cast of the Broadway Production. The book is in a tight binding with very clean covers, but with a faint touch of discoloration at the top and bottom of the spine There are very slight bumps to the bottom corners. The end papers are clean as ar ethe interio rpages, but it appears that there are erasure to the pages containing the cast of characters and the prologue. There is a trace of a pencil price erasure on the end paper. There is some discoloring at the inner hinges from an acidic reaction to the glue used in the binding. There are no other marks or writing. The dust jacket has the original $3.00 price. There is corner wear (corner chips and some closed tears) . The cream colored background of the back panel has darkened. The jacket looks bright In its see-through, removable mylar protector. ; 8vo; 162 pages
