The name is repeated in pencil on the first blank page. The interior pages are generally clean with occasional pen point spots that might be printing ink. This is a flexible cover book published by Roycrofters. The cover is suede with yapp edges (a single layer of suede extending beyond the pages that slightly curves in leaving an impression where the page edges end - enclosing the pages. This is a booklet written by Hubbard. It is 30 pages. It is Hubbard's encounter with entrepreneurs of the trackless trolley, his thoughts, and conversations, and a sharing of background and comparisons. This book is handsome. The suede color is a dark sage green with a smooth leather title plate and bright gilt for the title and author. The inside of the cover is moire rayon that holds the booklet when the covers are slipped into it and pasted down. These cover pages are in a heavy glossy stong paper and are in fine condition. The interior pages are a soft paper printed in black and red with decorative design and ruling. It is bound by hand with cord. There is a silk ribbon in sage green to mark a place. The suede covers are in very good condition. There is a slight darkening on the spine and the some tips of edges. There are two pencil point size spots on the front cover, possibly from the suede. The interior pages are crisp and clean with no marks or writing. There are some tiny chip and one dime size chip on the front edge of the last two printed pages - where the pages were separated roughly. Scarce. ; 8vo
