They are in tones of black, white, grey. Full page. The accompanying text includes testimony, poetry, excerpts from literature, artists, scholars related to art, artists, and bamboo and "Universal Art Principles". The design of the book empasizes layout and presentation. This book is number 494 of 500 and is signed by Ball in ink. The covers are firmly bound with strong hinges and end papers. There are no marks or writings on the end papers or pages. There is a tiny bookstore label near the front gutter (Westwind Bookshop Duxbury Massachusetts) .
