Menu for Dinner aboard the S. S. Lurline, captained by H. O. Mathiesen, illustrated in full color by E. Savage. Illustration depicts reported fishing custom by ancient Hawiians. The cover is vividly colored and printed on both front and back cover in a continuous image. The off-set print is in good condition. Over all the menu is clean and neat, however print contains tan stains that are most visible in the bottom margin. Inside menu includes a discription and history of the illustration, the names of the chefs and the actual menu of the various Hawaiian (and not so Hawaiian) foods to choose from that evening on August 12, 1955 and has a slight beige diagonal discolor from top to bottom of left menu panel.
