There is an artist rendeition in color of what the town could look like when complete. Each building is given a page with a photo a drawing of a building and the diagram of pieces and how they are assembled in sequence. The pieces are numbered. There are about 10 to 20 pieces per building. And there are 10 buildings - bank, store, firehouse, saloon, etc. There is only one page of instruction. Following the alpha code assigned to each building and connecting the pieces visually is all that is needed. The book has card stock cover and is in a stapled binding. The covers are clean. There is only a tiny bump to the tips of the corners. The interior pages are fresh and clean. There are no marks or writing. There are no missing pieces.
