This is a hardcover book in very good plus condition. The book covers are in grey cloth with a green and gilt flower design on the cover. There is very little wear and the covers are clean, tight, bright, and straight. There is a slight vertical line on the back cover where there has been faint fading. The pages are clean . There is a former owner gift note dated 1909 on the end paper. The book is beautifully illustrated with 12 color plates by Genjiro Kataoka. ; Small 8vo

The condition of this hardcover book would be near fine except for a faint water stain on the top edges and a tiny pencil point size spot on the cover. There is a unsigned gift poem on the front free end paper that is dated 1912. Grey cloth cover has a beautiful blue and gilt design. There is a nice colored book plate (frontispiece) opposite the title page. ; 8vo
